Pertronic Made Product - 3 Year Warranty
Pertronic Industries Ltd (the "Company") warrants its fire alarm control panels and associated products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 3 years from the date of manufacture. Pertronic Industries Ltd makes no other express warranty for its products. No agent, installer or employee has the authority to increase or alter the obligations or limitations of this Warranty. Pertronic Industries Ltd’s obligation of this Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of product returned to the factory which is found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service during the 36 month period commencing from the date of manufacture. The Company shall not be obligated to repair or replace product which is found to be defective because of damage, unreasonable use, modifications or alterations. Pertronic Industries Ltd shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, consequential or contingent loss or damage caused through the negligence or otherwise of the Company or its staff
Goods returned for credit may be accepted at the discretion of Pertronic Industries Ltd, and will only be considered for crediting if they are returned unused in their original sealed packaging within one month of invoice date.
In all cases, the original order number and/or packing slip number must accompany the return and circuit boards must be packed in anti-static bags. In all other circumstances, Pertronic Industries Ltd reserves the right to charge a restocking and/or testing fee.

Pertronic Industries Ltd warrants VESDA products for 2 years from the date of manufacture

Pertronic Industries warrants System Sensor products for 3 years from date of manufacture (obtainable from the batch code on the name plate label)
Repairs: 6 month
Pertronic Industries Ltd warrants factory completed repairs to components for a period of six months from the date of repair. The same conditions outlined in 13 above apply to this warranty cover
